Cooper Hill Pizzeria

Great food, decent prices. I usually order delivery online, and it's always here earlier than I expect. The delivery drivers are all very nice and the food is always hot. I've tried many different items, and have enjoyed most of them.. The pizza, garlic knots, chicken fingers and onion rings are all awesome. The Cajun chicken Alfredo is my favorite pasta so far

Due to the amount of places to eat in this area and under a 30 min drive in any direction why would you return to an establishment that doesn't seem to care about food quality or service. After giving this restaurant many chances due to convenience I can now say not another penny will be spent here. Go elsewhere or make sure you check your food for surprises you never ordered. I'm sure it would churn your stomach as well. Zero stars should be offered.

If zero stars were an option that's what they would deserve. Ordered one thing and had extra mushrooms and chicken added. Maybe if I wasn't vegetarian it wouldn't be a big deal. Order was correct on the box, so if it wasn't for picking out the canned mushrooms, I wouldn't have known about the chunks of chicken and the phone call to complain would've been different. Whoever I spoke with offered a credit and one has not been given as of yet, so glad ownership was taken for the sloppiness of their kitchen staff.

Here is my HONEST review. My wife and I went after a recommendation. The food was awesome BUT not homemade. The bar area was very nice and welcoming. NOW the only thing that ruined the entire meal. I sat through 30 minutes of the Kelly Pickler show and then the NEWS came on. With everything going on, I WAS watching the news. There were 2 other full-size TVs on with football shows on. THEN the Man Bun Manager came in and started cleaning the bar and getting things done. The next thing I knew, he changed the channel to ANOTHER football station. YES, I like football BUT I WAS watching the NEWS. He never asked if anyone was watching or if there was something else someone wanted to watch other than the NEWS. I asked him what was going on and he stated "We usually don't have the News on. Well, how about ASKING if someone was watching it!!!!! He never asked if I wanted it back on and seemed to not care what I wanted. Excuse Mr. Man Bun. MY business PAYS YOUR SALARY! ASK the customer before you change something they may be interested in! He then would not make eye contact and would not apologize. As I said, an HONEST review. I would have given the restaurant 5 stars across the board BUT the blatant disregard for the customer sincerely tainted my desire to make a return trip. Sadly. The bartender was good. Not very attentive after we got our first drink. We had to ask if we could order something. Really nice place. Maybe I was expecting too much but after working all day and looking forward to a good meal, it just really pissed me off at the way I was treated by a manager whose job it is to train and teach other employees how NOT to treat a customer.
